About YESS Impact
YESS Impact is a consulting company focused on implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) together with clients worldwide. Focus areas are social business, impact investing, effective development cooperation and gender empowerment.
In its original form, the company by Luise Ammerschuber in 2017 as AMCO and quickly became a successful go-to contact for organisations aiming to increase their impact through projects around the globe.
In 2019, the company was re-branded as YESS Impact and has been serving a diverse range of clients ever since. In Uganda and Nigeria, YESS Impact is implementing projects directly supporting entrepreneurs and their communities. A special focus is put on the use of new technologies for impact, e.g. in the project YESS ImpactBlocks for project transparency in Uganda.

Director and Founder
Luise Ammerschuber is the Director and Founder of YESS Impact, a key note speaker and author. She holds several board positions and is a mentor to and investor in social businesses worldwide. Luise’s passion for international development and social impact has started early in life and taken her around the world: From working in the slums of South Africa for NGOs working with abused women and children to the international criminal trial in Cambodia and the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect in New York.
Luise has worked as a research assistant for the Human Rights Resource Centre for ASEAN and the Maastricht Human Rights Centre.
As a student she was a founding member of the United Nations Student Association Maastricht and an Assistant and Mentor at the Saudi-Arabian university program. She has worked as a Governance & Accountability Program Manager at The Salvation Army Switzerland, where she also co-managed a microcredit community program in Myanmar for several years. During this time she was also the Leader of the Good Governance Task Force at the KoGe Association. She is the author of several guide books.
In 2017, Luise has founded her first successful consulting company AMCO – Ammerschuber Consulting which was later merged with YESS Impact. Today, she is a widely requested international expert, keynote speaker and TEDxZurich Speaker 2022.
Luise is and Advisory Board Member at the OrphanHealthcareFoundation and a Board Member at WeBloom. She is a mentor at Grace – Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship and Europe Ambassador for Mercy for Women and Youth, an NGO based in rural Uganda. Luise is an Alumni Ambassador for Maastricht University and a member of the 2hearts tech community.
Luise holds an LLM Masters (Honors Program) in International Law & Human Rights and a BA in International Relations & Development Studies from Maastricht University. Part of her studies took place at universities in Singapore, Madrid and Jerusalem. Luise works in English, German, French and Spanish with knowledge of several other languages.
Iris Mushitsi is a seasoned multilingual youth and gender specialist with several years of hands-on experience in championing gender justice, equality & equity, youth empowerment, and sustainable solutions to reduce poverty.
Iris has a demonstrated history of working with international and grassroots organizations to develop and implement inclusive programs, grants, partnerships and strategies. A skilled collaborator, Iris has a blend of experiences in various countries including Canada, Kenya, the Netherlands, Burundi, Spain and Colombia.
Enrique Alvarado Hablutzel
Enrique is passionate about the development of Circular Economy projects and the growth of individuals and communities using conscious, systematic approaches. He has a strong background in scaling technology start-ups. He was formerly a Partner at Bamboo Capital Partners, where he was involved in creating innovative investment fund structures, “tech4impact funds,” for emerging markets. Enrique is also part of the Seedstars and Impact Hub networks in Switzerland and played a crucial role in the early development of the Accelerate2030 program, supporting more than 100 companies worldwide. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Consulting from the University of Lausanne with a specialization in Technology and Innovation from the EPFL, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Enrique is passionate about sports and music as a source of inspiration to thrive in life; he develops Circular Economy programs in Europe and Latin America and is part of an association helping preserve Indian American traditions in Mexico and Europe.
Harold Graham is a passionate advocate for ESG principles and investment-driven positive outcomes. He is a previously registered securities and commodities broker in the US. During Harold’s 25+ year career, he served as a strategic business consultant and investment banker, developed strategic marketing campaigns and distribution partnerships with companies of all sizes. In addition, he spearheaded successful fundraising campaigns on behalf of corporate and philanthropic entities for over 2 decades..
His expertise also includes private placements involving equity and debt financing, raising seed, growth and expansion stage capital, and acquisition financing for companies in various industries. He sourced alternative investments for individuals, institutions, and family offices, was registered with FINRA and the NFA, CFTC and held Series 3, 7, and 63 registrations. In addition to Graham Partners, Harold has also co-founded many other socially impactful companies.
Ronn is a highly skilled virtual assistant with a solid background in customer service and the administrative field. With 8 years of industry experience, Ronn possesses the necessary skills and expertise to excel in providing exceptional support and assistance in various professional capacities.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Travel and Tourism Management and started her career as a ground crew member in Manila. She gained valuable experience handling airlines. With a passion for the industry, Ronn climbed the corporate ladder and served as an Operations Supervisor in Muscat, Oman for 4 years.
